Q2FY27 Quarterly Result Announced for Adani Total Gas Ltd.
Non-Electrical Utilities company Adani Total Gas announced Q2FY27 results Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from operations: For Q2FY27, revenue from operations stood at Rs 2,102.09 crore, marking an increase of 10.83% QoQ from Rs 1,896.74 crore in Q1FY27, and a growth of 33.97% YoY compared to Rs 1,569.03 crore in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, standalone revenue from operations reached Rs 3,998.83 crore, presenting a 30.66% YoY increase from Rs 3,060.47 crore in H1FY26. Total income: Came in at Rs 2,116.11 crore in Q2FY27, jumping 10.78% QoQ from Rs 1,910.17 crore in Q1FY27, and expanding by 34.09% YoY against Rs 1,578.17 crore in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, total income was Rs 4,026.28 crore, gaining 30.80% YoY over Rs 3,078.13 crore in H1FY26. Profit Before Tax (PBT): For Q2FY27, standalone PBT was recorded at Rs 235.37 crore, surging 32.07% QoQ over Rs 178.21 crore in Q1FY27, and ascending by 8.41% YoY relative to Rs 217.12 crore in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, PBT reached Rs 436.34 crore, up 5.50% YoY from Rs 413.58 crore in H1FY26. Profit After Tax (PAT): For Q2FY27, PAT arrived at Rs 166.88 crore, climbing 25.45% QoQ compared to Rs 133.03 crore in Q1FY27, and growing by 3.22% YoY against Rs 161.68 crore in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, PAT stood at Rs 323.85 crore, marking a 7.98% YoY advance from Rs 299.91 crore in H1FY26. Earnings Per Share (EPS): In Q2FY27, basic and diluted standalone EPS stood at Rs 1.52, up from Rs 1.21 in Q1FY27 and Rs 1.47 in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, basic and diluted standalone EPS arrived at Rs 2.94, growing by 7.69% YoY from Rs 2.73 in H1FY26. Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from operations: For Q2FY27, consolidated revenue from operations reached Rs 2,109.65 crore, representing a 10.64% QoQ progress from Rs 1,906.79 crore in Q1FY27, and an expansion of 33.83% YoY relative to Rs 1,576.38 crore in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, consolidated revenue from operations aggregated to Rs 4,016.44 crore, gaining 30.63% YoY from Rs 3,074.70 crore in H1FY26. Total income: In Q2FY27, total income stood at Rs 2,123.66 crore, up 10.62% QoQ from Rs 1,919.77 crore in Q1FY27, and up 34.00% YoY over Rs 1,585.07 crore in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, consolidated total income advanced to Rs 4,043.43 crore, translating into a 30.79% YoY growth versus Rs 3,091.50 crore in H1FY26. Profit Before Tax (PBT): For Q2FY27, consolidated PBT came in at Rs 241.76 crore, which is a 29.35% QoQ increase from Rs 186.90 crore in Q1FY27, and a 10.43% YoY growth compared to Rs 218.93 crore in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, consolidated PBT stood at Rs 428.66 crore, decreasing by 2.85% YoY against Rs 441.22 crore in H1FY26. Profit After Tax (PAT): For Q2FY27, consolidated PAT reached Rs 173.27 crore, stepping up 22.26% QoQ from Rs 141.72 crore in Q1FY27, and rising 5.98% YoY relative to Rs 163.49 crore in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, consolidated PAT arrived at Rs 314.99 crore, illustrating a drop of 4.18% YoY from Rs 328.73 crore in H1FY26. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and diluted consolidated EPS for Q2FY27 stood at Rs 1.58, compared to Rs 1.29 in Q1FY27 and Rs 1.49 in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, basic and diluted consolidated EPS arrived at Rs 2.86, down 4.35% YoY from Rs 2.99 in H1FY26. Result PDF
