Total Income: Total income for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 1,538.48 million, registering an 11.15% increase from Rs 1,384.16 million in Q4FY26 (QoQ) and an 18.58% growth compared to Rs 1,297.40 million in Q1FY26 (YoY). Profit Before Tax (PBT): The PBT for Q1FY27 was Rs 257.54 million, marking a slight decline of 2.71% against Rs 264.71 million in Q4FY26 (QoQ), but showing a strong increase of 22.97% from Rs 209.44 million in Q1FY26 (YoY). Profit for the Period (PAT): The net profit for Q1FY27 came in at Rs 191.94 million. This represents a 10.25% decrease sequentially from Rs 213.86 million in Q4FY26 (QoQ), while maintaining a solid 24.46% year-on-year growth compared to Rs 154.22 million in Q1FY26 (YoY). Total Comprehensive Income: The total comprehensive income for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 191.44 million, down from Rs 212.92 million in Q4FY26 but up from Rs 153.92 million in Q1FY26. Earnings per Share (EPS): Basic and diluted EPS for Q1FY27 was Rs 4.92, compared to Rs 5.48 in Q4FY26 and Rs 3.95 in Q1FY26. Business Highlights: Segment-Wise Performance: The company is primarily engaged in a single operating segment—the manufacturing and trading of Iron and Steel products, which includes Ingot, Steel Casting, Metal Rolls, and Alloy and Non-Alloy Round, Flat, Hex, and Square products. Consequently, under Ind AS 108, it constitutes a single primary segment with no separate geographical segments. Initial Public Offering (IPO): Subsequent to the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the company successfully completed its IPO. The issue comprised a fresh issue of 32,63,157 equity shares (face value of Rs 10 each) at an issue price of Rs 285 per share, alongside an offer for sale of 73,20,001 equity shares at an issue price of Rs 285 per share. Stock Exchange Listing: Following the successful IPO, the equity shares of the company were officially listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and BSE Limited (BSE) on August 19, 2026.
