IT Consulting & Software company Sasken Technologies announced Q2FY27 results Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from operations stood at Rs 18,645.52 lakh for Q2FY27, up 20.24% sequentially compared to Rs 15,548.08 lakh in Q1FY27, and up 40.84% YoY against Rs 13,238.62 lakh in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, it reached Rs 34,193.60 lakh, up 36.38% YoY compared to Rs 25,073.00 lakh in H1FY26. Total income reached Rs 19,423.40 lakh for Q2FY27, registering a sequential increase of 14.88% against Rs 16,906.84 lakh in Q1FY27, and a YoY increase of 37.08% from Rs 14,169.30 lakh in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, total income stood at Rs 36,330.24 lakh, up 34.03% YoY compared to Rs 27,105.28 lakh in H1FY26. Profit before tax (PBT) was Rs 3,839.96 lakh for Q2FY27, showing a sequential expansion of 5.37% over Rs 3,644.23 lakh in Q1FY27, and a YoY growth of 78.12% against Rs 2,155.81 lakh in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, PBT reached Rs 7,484.19 lakh, recording an increase of 131.96% YoY over Rs 3,226.49 lakh in H1FY26. Profit after tax (PAT) stood at Rs 2,892.78 lakh for Q2FY27, which marks a minor sequential increase of 0.25% from Rs 2,885.58 lakh in Q1FY27, and a YoY increase of 77.61% against Rs 1,628.74 lakh in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, PAT came in at Rs 5,778.36 lakh, reflecting a YoY growth of 126.97% against Rs 2,545.90 lakh in H1FY26. Earnings per share (EPS) basic was Rs 19.00 for Q2FY27, decreasing sequentially by 0.21% from Rs 19.04 in Q1FY27, but growing 76.58% YoY compared to Rs 10.76 in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, basic EPS was Rs 38.05, representing an increase of 126.22% YoY against Rs 16.82 in H1FY26. Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from operations stood at Rs 32,095.13 lakh for Q2FY27, reflecting a sequential moderation of 5.39% from Rs 33,923.85 lakh in Q1FY27, but a YoY growth of 25.62% compared to Rs 25,548.81 lakh in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, it reached Rs 66,018.98 lakh, registering a YoY expansion of 24.80% over Rs 52,901.88 lakh in H1FY26. Total income reached Rs 33,023.68 lakh for Q2FY27, decreasing sequentially by 5.25% against Rs 34,854.47 lakh in Q1FY27, but rising YoY by 24.52% compared to Rs 26,520.14 lakh in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, total income came in at Rs 67,878.15 lakh, climbing 24.24% YoY from Rs 54,633.63 lakh in H1FY26. Profit before tax (PBT) came in at Rs 3,545.18 lakh for Q2FY27, expanding sequentially by 19.89% over Rs 2,957.09 lakh in Q1FY27, and climbing YoY by 145.12% from Rs 1,446.29 lakh in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, PBT reached Rs 6,502.27 lakh, rising by 145.59% YoY over Rs 2,647.54 lakh in H1FY26. Profit after tax (PAT) stood at Rs 2,559.44 lakh for Q2FY27, showing a sequential increase of 8.81% from Rs 2,352.15 lakh in Q1FY27, and jumping YoY by 143.79% against Rs 1,049.86 lakh in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, PAT came in at Rs 4,911.59 lakh, moving up by 139.54% YoY against Rs 2,050.43 lakh in H1FY26. Earnings per share (EPS) basic was Rs 16.14 for Q2FY27, decreasing sequentially by 1.41% over Rs 16.37 in Q1FY27, while gaining 150.62% YoY from Rs 6.44 in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, basic EPS was Rs 32.51, representing a YoY increase of 156.39% from Rs 12.68 in H1FY26. Segment Performance: Software Services segment revenue was Rs 25,158.13 lakh for Q2FY27, delivering sequential growth of 14.58% over Rs 21,955.88 lakh in Q1FY27 and a YoY expansion of 34.00% over Rs 18,774.94 lakh in Q2FY26. Product Solutions segment revenue stood at Rs 6,937.00 lakh for Q2FY27, moderating sequentially by 42.04% compared to Rs 11,967.97 lakh in Q1FY27, but rising 2.41% YoY from Rs 6,773.87 lakh in Q2FY26. The Board declared an interim dividend of Rs.12 (120%) per equity share of Rs.10 each for the Financial Year 2026-27. As intimated vide our letter dated October 21, 2026, Board has fixed Tuesday, November 3, 2026, as the Record Date to ascertain the list of shareholders eligible for the aforesaid Interim Dividend and the same will be paid on or before Thursday, November 26, 2026.
